Free Debt Consultation. Our process begins with a consultation with one of our experienced debt counselors. We will learn about your unique situation, discuss your budget, and go over possible options for managing your debt. We will also go over the pros and cons of each debt management option, because we are only interested in enrolling clients into a program that is an appropriate solution for their individual circumstances. We have one of the highest consumer ratings in the industry because we truly provide counseling and information to our clients so that they are prepared to make an informed choice about their financial future.
Creditor Account Evaluation. The next step is to provide us with information or statements for your creditor accounts so that we can evaluate each account for inclusion in our program, and provide you with a written proposal for our program. This way you can see everything we have spoken about in writing, complete with a full breakdown of all payments and fees. You will be able to visualize your exact path and time-line for getting out of debt.
Enrollment. Once you have reviewed your enrollment packet and we have answered all your questions, we will complete the enrollment process. You will be provided with your unique login for our client online account access, as well as a welcome call from our customer service department. You will be welcomed into the program and provided with additional information to help you along your path to debt freedom.
Ongoing Support. You can contact our customer service department anytime during business hours, or go online into your account management 24/7 to stay aprised of your account status. We make communicating with our customer service department easy and are always willing to take your call to assist you in any way.
